Originally from New York, David visited Florida and decided that this paradise was where he wanted to be. With his past experience in business entrepreneurship, management and networking skills; David decide to dive into real estate and help others live the dream.

Having  a vast knowledge and understanding of the process David is well equipped to help local and international investors find that perfect home or investment.

David loves time with his family, and just about any competitive sport from football, basketball to paintball and MMA. He also has a real talent for Art, screenwriting and film.

His primary focus is vacation homes, residential sales and investment properties. He will guide you from start to finish. From finding your home, inspections, property management, to walking you though the front door of your new home.
